We use only the freshest ingredients and inspected meats when preparing our products. Our meats are top quality... we use loins, shoulders, and chuck to produce a top notch sausage. And NO MSG! We believe in using the least amount of preservatives as is possible, and, when preparing a smoked, cured product, use the minimum of cure acceptable. This, along with local Alder shavings used for smoke, make our sausages a step above the rest!
