Custom Processing
We
take great pride in the Custom Processing of Wild Game and locally
raised meats. Our variety of recipes is large, and our spices are of
the best quality. Whether you prefer Fresh or Smoked Sausages, or a
combination of both, we can accommodate!
Please
note that at this time, we are not able to hang and cut & wrap
deer, but are working on a facility to better serve your needs. All
Wild Game or Locally Raised meats must be hide and bone free.
